Dear Sir Gilbert,
Our delegate for the opium Conference at
Geneva next month is que here in a day or two. AS
you know he is F.W.Fraser, C.B.E., Jovernment
Secretary, North Borneo.
So far we have not heard whether any
arrangements are being made for the journey of the
British Delegation to Geneva and for their
accommodation there. Are we to assume that this
is being looked after by the colonial office, and
that we shall learn particulars in due course,
or is Fraser to proceed to Ceneva Independently?
If the latter, to whom should he report himself,
and will he find that accommodation has been
arranged?
Sir Gilbert Grindle,
K.C.M.Q., Colonial Office,
Downing Street,
SW.1.
Yours sincerely,
A.Chass
